Who is Black Sheep Foods?
Food has always been my passion, stemming from the early days working alongside my Mum in the kitchen. After entering the business world and working in marketing I decided to make a career of what I loved and work with food. I began my journey working alongside Clodagh Mc Kenna teaching at her cookery school in the Lyons Estate. I then went on to study Culinary Arts and nutrition for two years at the prestegious Kendall College in Chicago. Since graduation I have worked as a chef in Manhattan. Alongside this I ran my own healthy eating company in the Hampton’s.
My cooking focuses on creating a healthy take on classic dishes. When cooking I always try to maximize the nutritional content and make a dish as balanced as possible. After making a decision to move home to Ireland and pursue my passion for food, I set up BlackSheep Foods. My goal for BlackSheep Foods is to provide wholesome, nourishing food made with love.
