Who is Black Sheep Foods?

Food has always been my passion, stemming from the early days working alongside my Mum in the kitchen. After entering the business world and working in marketing I decided to make a career of what I loved and work with food. I began my journey working alongside Clodagh McKenna teaching at her cookery school in the Lyons Estate. I then went on to study Culinary Arts for two years at the prestigious Kendall College in Chicago. Since graduation I have worked as a chef in Manhattan. Alongside this I ran my own healthy eating company in the Hampton’s.


Vibrant, seasonal, local and of course delicious best describes my style of cooking. I try to maximise the nutritional content and make each dish as balanced as possible.

After making a decision to move home to Ireland and pursue my passion for food, I set up BlackSheep Foods. My goal for BlackSheep Foods is to provide wholesome, delicious and nourishing food made with love.
